  1. Three weeks ago, I decided to put in practice what I wanted so much at this moment “a traineeship”. Since that I started CILC, I haven’t total availability of days and times, however my time was more far away from an experience before starting the traineeship at college that is compulsory in schedule, for two semesters, when I could only dedicate to college.
Then, to solve this problem, I looked for someone who could help me. This way, I talked with a teacher that gave me lecture in the forth semester, explained my problem to him, which was the only two days I have due to CILC classes. Moreover, nowadays it is difficult to find traineeship in hospitals and clinics, as hard as volunteers. It is wanted people to work everyday. Besides, work volunteer have higher whole.
Working as a volunteer, I can gain a great deal of experience, with supporting from the physiotherapist as well. I want to help children and adults to live as normal as they can. Rehabilitation is vitally important and whether there is experience , working alongride physiotherapists, put into practice everything I learned so far, to know manners and methods to treat people with different pathologies, well learn how to do a good assessment of the patient, to have a better practice in the visualization of exams de imagem, and finally, an intervention for the patient will help me to be a better professional in the future.
I’d like to get the traineeship, to learn and put in practice many things that I learned. Also, have a point of reference in the curriculum that is very important. =)

Let’s wait and see what happens!! ^^

  2. CHANGING LIFESTYLE

Rosana is a very courageus woman, when she was 31 years old she decided to give up her job.She had a stable life, but she didn’t like to work with computers, her dream was to open her own business in front of the beach.
So,she went to Recife and opened her ice crean shop.In the first three years her business was better but some people looked her business and thought she was earning a lot of money .In addiction they began to feel envy .Soon they started to sell ice cream near there ,in front of her ice cream shop ,their product was cheaper than hers,so her customers prefered to buy the cheap ice cream than the expenxive one.
She tried to low the prices, offer promotions but she lost her customers .When she started to think of giving up ,an old man arrived in her ice cream shop ,bought ice crean and before he went out,he said to Rosana that “The difficulties have been done to win them”,and he went out after this, she didn’t see him any more.
She started to remember that she dropped out her job,her stable life to start a new life in other place. So she decided to do evething again.
It was difficult but she got to win and today everybody knows her through her differents ice creams ,cakes,greddle-cakes and etc.She became a big business woman in a city.
Nowaday she is very happy and rich.

  3. NAYARA VIEIRA’S COMPOSITION

    Hello people,
here’s one thing that is changing one part of my life.

Two years ago when I finished my high school. I didn’t have any idea of what I could study at university. I wanted to study English and teach at schools, but now I don’t want this anymore.
After I had finished my high school, I started to study Business in a technical course of one year and six months. It’s very good. It’s essencial in my life. I didn’t like Business before attending this course, but now I like it so much.
Nowadays I want to study Business at university, because it is good for my profisional life and very good to get a public job or work in a company.
I think that the course changed my opinion and changed my way to find other opportunities.

  4. Last year my godmother was putting on her clothes when she noticed something strange in her body. She passed her hand on her breast and felt a lump. She was worried but she did not talk to anybody. She decided to look for a doctor. She discovered that she had cancer and she was crazy.
The day she began to do the treatment, it was the most difficult part for her. All her life, she was always a very beautiful woman and proud of herself. After the beginning of the treatment, she began to stay at home all the time. She couldn’t work. She couldn’t talk to anybody.
One day some neighbors decided to visit her. When they arrived, she came to the door and ordered everyone to leave her house, because she wouldn’t see anybody.
She continued the treatment. All her hair fell and she was weak. But she didn’t give up. All the family and friends prayed, made promises and gave strength to her recovery. After that, she had to do a surgery to remove the breast. She continued the chemotherapy and in the beginning of this year she received the doctor’s note that she had been cured. She hadn’t cancer anymore. She was very happy.
Today, she lives happily. She doesn’t need to go to the hospital all the time. Of course she needs to go back to a hospital to know how her health is.

  5. When I was my 16 years old, I realized that I was pregnant. I had been dating for just one year. I was studying at high school.
I coudn’t believe it. I wanted to die because everything was changing. My body got fat. I gained 15 kilos. I used to get sick all the time. Everybody said to me bad things because I wasn´t married. I didn’t work. I just studied. When my baby was born I broke up with my boyfriend. I had my hair cut very short. I lost the 15 kilos in a month. I became skinny again. I made Electrolifting (aesthetic treatment). I started to study again. But now I was a mom. I was at class but my mind was at my house in my baby. Today everything that I have to do, first I think about him after about myself. Today, my son is 2 years and 9 months old. His name is Gabriel. He is my life. Motherhood came so early to me. Moreover, being a young mom isn´t easy.

  6. My mother started to smoke when she was nineteen. She passed almost her whole life trying to stop, but she didn’t get. She did a lot of therapies, took too much medicines, participated of help’s groups, tried by herself but she couldn’t stop.
Then she started to feel depressed and passed a long time so sad and felling like a loser. At home, everybody tried to encourage her to try again but it was useless. She suffered a lot with this situation, when her friends came to our house, she asked us to say that she wasn’t at home. She had depression for five months.
At that time, my birthday was coming and I asked her a present which was to stop smoking and she did a promise! On the day of my birthday, she didn’t smoke and I was very happy. From that time on, she hasn’t smoked anymore. As a result, she has a healthy life! Until today, I want to know how she quit smoking. It’s a mystery !

  7. From 2005 to 2007 I used to have a really boring lifestyle because I just used to go to high school and do nothing during the afternoon while the majority of my friends were working, taking extra courses and going to high school too. It made me feel sad about my lifestyle; it made me think that while they were looking for a better future I was just wasting my time.
My parents didn’t have money to pay an extra course for me. I didn’t have a job and this entire situation was making me sick about my life. However I didn’t have in mind that I was only 15 years old and the most part of my friends were 18 or 19. That was the reason they were doing all those things. I didn’t understand it.
I was always an impatient person and wanted that all things happened very fast to me. For example, getting a job, speaking English well even learning a new song and, when I was unsuccessful. It made me feel really bad.
After spending long time talking with my mother I finally understood that if I wanted a better future I just needed to study and pay attention to the opportunities around me without impatience of getting them.
Nowadays I study English at CILC, I take computer course and an Administration course in Ceilândia Centro. I finally got a job for teaching English (what I like the most) at Right Way in Taguatinga Norte and I’m studying to get into a university.
If I knew that be patient could help me to change my lifestyle I wouldn’t had wasted my time with tears in the past!

  8. Hi Naiara,

You chose a very personal changing. It was brillant to talk about your own dream. Check it out how your composition is.
    Kisses

    Changing Lifestyle

I finished my high school last year and after this my life changed. I was neither a high school student anymore nor a university student yet. For my former teacher, I was nothing. However, I don’t think that pre test student is nothing. Finally, I got into university! My life is changing more than before.
It was so complicated and the pressure on me was huge.’ You have to get into university or you will have to work to pay your private university!’ And I didn’t want that! I was studying a lot to reach this goal. I changed all my lifestyle only to this. I almost never went out with my friends; during the week, including weekends, I used to spend my time at home studying or at school. Whenever I had a chance to stay at home I wasn’t free. I was always concentrated on my books and notebooks. Until my luck has changed, parties? No way! I don’t know what it is there’s a long time. I avoided eating grease food more than I used to. I tried to drink tea (it’s good for memory) and eat more vegetables and fruits than I had ever eaten before. Even if some vitamin C drops I was taking. I can’t forget to mention Guarana powder that I drank during a time, but now I don’t do it anymore – it’s not so good for the health. What about physical exercises? I almost never did them. However I’m always walking, lifting heavy things or doing housework chores. They have helped me to keep active.
I’m really happy that I reached this dream. I have to consider that I sacrificed many things and changed my lifestyle to make it come true. Nonetheless, it was necessary. Not only can I commemorate but also live my dream!

  9. WHEN I WAS A CHILD MY LIFESTYLE WAS VERY COMMON BECAUSE I WAS A VERY FUNNY CHILD, I HAD MANY FRIENDS AND I LOVED TO STUDY.
ABOUT MY FEEDING, I DIDN’T EAT VEGETABLES AND I DIDN’T DRINK SODA, WHEN I WAS A CHILD. TODAY I DON’T LIVE WITHOUT SODA OR VEGETABLES. IT’S TRUE I LOVE VEGETABLES, FOR EXAMPLE LETTUCE, TOMATO, POTATO, CARROT AND OTHERS. I CAN’T EAT THINGS VERY SWEET FOODS BECAUSE I HAVE A TERRIBLE STOMACHACHE SO I HAVE TO EAT HEALTHY BALANCED FOODS.
TODAY I WANT TO RELAX MORE BECAUSE STRESS IS BAD TO HEALTH OF ORGANISM. I WANT TO PRACTICE SPORTS TWICE A WEEK TO PREVENT BEING SEDENTARY IN THE FUTURE.
IN 2007, I STARTED COLLEGE OF NURSING. IT’S A WONDERFUL COURSE. I LIKE IT A LOT. IN MY FUTURE I WANT TO WORK IN A GOOD HOSPITAL AND BE A GOOD PROFESSIONAL. NOW IN 2008 I AM IN THE THIRD SEMESTER OF NURSING. I’M GOING TO GET A TRAINNE IN A LITTLE HOSPITAL BUT I WILL NOT WORK EVERYDAY BECAUSE I GO TO CILC THREE TIMES A WEEK. HOWEVER, I WILL TRY. MY LIFESTYLE IS VERY FAST BUT IT IS GOOD. I GET EXPERIENCE.
I ALWAYS LEARN THAT STUDY IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE INDEPENDENCY OF THE PERSON AND I‘M DOING MY BEST TO BE A GOOD PROFESSIONAL IN THE FUTURE AND TO HELP THE ONES WHO NEED ME.

  10. When I was 14 years old. I was very vagabond. I liked to play on the street with my friends. I studied in the morning and passed all the afternoon on the street playing. I did many things. The most important thing was not to stay at home..rsss
My mother complained a lot, but I didn’t listen to her and she used to get very furious with me. My childhood was very nice. I played a lot. However, one day all that had an end. When I turned 16 years old I start to work in a company. I was an office-boy at INSS (Institute National of Security Social). While working there, I learned a lot there. It lasted for two years. Since then I am a serious and responsible person.

  11. About two year ago my father had a terrible problem with inmsonia. It was a terrible problem because my father used to work a lot and he was really stressful and he couldn´t sleep even if he had the desire to sleep. I think that it was so hard for him because having the desire to sleep and can’t do it must be uncomfortable.
In the beginning my fahter didn’t care about the problem. However, time has gone, it has become a real problem for him. He went to a doctor who told him to work less. He asked a very strong remedy to him but my father continued to work hard. He could just sleep with the help of the remedy. Everybody in my family saw that it was making bad for him.
My mother and I researched for a better treatment for him and we found one kind of farm in Goiania that was especialized to help people with this problem. Although my father didn’t agree to do the treatment, I convinced him by decidind to go with him.
We went and we stayed there for about a month. It was not a good experiencia for me but it was very good for my father and this was what really mattered to me.
He did the treatment. Now he can sleep without the remedy and i convinced him to work less and till today I help my father on his job for him. He doesn’t need to get stressed.

  12. A friend of mine is a member of a very happy, outgoing but not healthy family. They are used to eat just fat food (barbecue, pork, …). But one day, one of his brothers discovered that he had heart problems caused by greasy food.
So, all the family had to change their habit of eating grasy food for 2 reasons: to help the boy to get healthier, and not to get the same heart problem. Today, around 7 years later, unfortunately my friend’s brother died, but all the family continue to eat much more heathy food.
